On today's episode we are going to look at a runner, an example from the bible. Satan was telling me that I’m the only runner, nobody else does this, nobody has ran mentally, emotionally, or spiritually like you, but the truth is we all have ran from something or other, and I wanted to tell you that if you are a runner like me that you are not alone. Let’s look at our example in the bible-Jonah. (Jonah is the perfect example) We first see where God is speaking to Jonah. Do you know what Jonah was doing these first couple of verses? Jonah was grabbing his running shoes, putting them on and lacing them up and getting ready to run. Then God told me, Crystal this is what you do, this is the first thing you do, while I’m speaking, instructing you, this is exactly what you do. I can relate to Jonah so much. Today we will look at some of the reason Jonah ran and talk about some of the reasons we run as well. Our scripture comes from Jonah 1:1;2;3.
